Pricing

Flexible pricing that grows with you.

Start with the module you need today. Add extra modules when your team needs them.

A user with one paid module is £6 per month. If they need another module, add £3. For current paid modules, one person will never cost more than £15 per month. Prices are shown excluding VAT. No VAT is added at launch.

An active named user is an active internal user assigned at least one paid module, including a user with read-only module access.

Launch pricing is guaranteed for early customers for the first 12 months. Prices may vary after that.

Future specialist services, integrations, consultancy or usage-based services may be priced separately.

You are in control

Start with what you need. Add more when you are ready.

Every business works differently, so your Tessera plan should work around your team, not the other way round.

Assign module roles

Start with the Tessera roles your team needs now, then add more as responsibilities change.

Pay monthly

Keep your costs simple and predictable with month-by-month billing for active named users.

Leave any time

There is no minimum contract length and no annual agreement to work around.

How pricing works

Your monthly plan follows each person’s access.

  1. Zero paid modules means no paid module charge.
  2. One paid module is £6 per month.
  3. Each extra current paid module adds £3.
  4. The maximum monthly price is £15 per month.

This means you can start small, keep things simple, and build from there without pushing every person into the same package.

Choose who gets access

Each person only needs the modules that fit their role.

Some users may only need CRM. Others may need Projects, Service Desk, Pipeline, Time Recording, Quotes and Estimates, Invoices, Knowledge hub, Ideas & Workshops, or a combination of modules. You choose what each person needs rather than paying for the same setup for everyone.

Monthly module pricing

Pick the tools you need and keep the cost predictable.

Prices are per active named user. Invited users who have not accepted, external client users, and disabled users outside the current period are not charged. Active internal users with paid module assignments are charged, including read-only users.

First module

£6per active named user / monthFor each active named user with one paid module turned on.

Extra modules

£3per extra module / monthAdd another module for the same person when they need more than one module.

Maximum monthly price

£15per active named user / monthThe most you pay for one person across the current paid modules.

Start with admin access

Create the workspace before assigning paid roles.

Set up the organisation, review billing, and assign the available module roles that make sense for your team. Stripe Checkout only starts when billable access exists.

No long contracts

You can leave at any time.

There is no minimum contract length, and you are not tied into an annual agreement. Tessera is designed to be flexible for smaller businesses that need to manage costs carefully.

Commercial workflow

Quotes, estimates and invoices stay connected to the work.

Accepted quotes or estimates can prepare customer invoices and issue printable invoice documents.

Clear boundaries

Invoice management is not an accounting suite.

This slice does not include payment collection, customer invoice emailing, credit notes, time-entry invoicing or accounting integrations. Future premium or integration services may be priced separately.

What happens if one person needs several modules?

Their first paid module is £6 per month and each extra current paid module is £3 per month, capped at £15 per month.
